The Partner Portal can be reached via the links in the header and footer. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order has arrived. We will then check whether all products are present and whether the order is clear (e.g. which discs can be placed in which recorder). If everything is correct, you will receive the order confirmation and the ordering process will proceed as you are used to from us.

To use the Partner Portal, you must first log in. Depending on whether you are already known to us, this can be done in 2 different ways:

I am an existing customer

  1. Send an email to your account manager and indicate that you want to register for the Partner Portal. Please include the e-mail address you wish to use to receive order confirmations.
  2. You will receive a message when we have registered you in the system.
  3. Go to the Partner Portal and click ‘Activate’.
  4. After activation you will receive an email with which you can enter a new password.

I am a new customer

  1. Go to the Partner Portal and click on the ‘Register’ button. Fill in the form and click ‘Submit’.
  2. Your application will be reviewed and you will receive a message when we have registered you in the system.
  3. Go to the Partner Portal and click ‘Activate’.
  4. After activation you will receive an email with which you can enter a new password.
