Moeten we als branche niet onze verantwoordelijkheid nemen?<\/span><\/h3>\n

AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming) toepassen en een camerasysteem waarborgen waarvan de producent het niet op orde heeft in eigen keuken? Wie is er dan verantwoordelijk? De eindklant, de installateur, de distributeur en\/of de producent?<\/p>\n

Was er voorkennis aanwezig bij de fabrikant, distributeur en installateur? Is de eindgebruiker op de hoogte gesteld en met instemming van deze risico\u2019s akkoord gegaan? En zo ja ligt dan de verantwoordelijkheid en tevens de aansprakelijkheid bij de eindklant?<\/p>\n

Het is volgens mij niet zo zwart\/wit als hierboven omschreven staat. De vakkennis, het informatieve karakter van installateur, distributeur en producent dienen naar mijn persoonlijke mening zwaarder te wegen dan het afstand nemen van verantwoordelijkheid in deze.<\/p>\n

Als er met voorkennis van kwetsbaarheden door deze keten gehandeld wordt dient men ook op de blaren te gaan zitten toch?! Wat en hoe denken jullie hier over? Alle hack\/cyberaanvallen en andere risico\u2019s betrekking hebbende op de toepassing van WPB\/AVG & Meldplicht datalekken. Moeten we deze naast ons neerleggen en verantwoordelijkheden doorschuiven? Of nemen we het als branche wel serieus?!<\/p>\n<\/div>
