<<< Please note >>> - If the S/W version is below v3.1.0, you must upgrade to v6.1.0 after upgrading to the rui file in the FTP server below. -> FTP server : "ftp://rnd2.idis.co.kr/release/Sparta/3.1.0_SPT3145/BIOS". - When configuring NVR Failover, the firmware of the Primary NVR and the StandBy NVR must be the same version. - Please make sure that downgrading from V6.1.0 or later to the previous version is not available. * Important note * Upgrading cameras running in IDIS protocol mode to DirectIP 2.0 supported firmware. When it comes to upgrading a camera running in IDIS protocol to DirectIP 2.0 supported version, a user needs to go through the check list below. 1. Condition 1 IP Cameras shall be connected or are already registered with a DirectIP NVR in IDIS protocol mode (not DirectIP Protocol). 2. Condition 2 ID/PW has not been set up with IP Cameras. 3. Condition 3 Following camera models shall be used with Condition 1 and 2 - Bullet: DC-T3C33HRX, DC-T3533HRX, DC-T3233HRX, DC-T3243HRX - Indoor Dome: DC-D3233FX-N, DC-D3233FX-N, DC-D3233X-N, DC-D3233RX-N - Outdoor Dome: DC-D3233HRX-N, DC-D3243HRX-N, DC-D3533RX, DC-D3533HRX - Light master: DC-T3233HRXL, DC-D3233HRXL - PTZ: DC-S3283WHX, DC-S3283FX, DC-S3583HRX, DC-S3883HRX - Newly launched: DC-D/T/E4 Series. * If all the condition above are met and firmware upgrade to DirectIP 2.0 supported version on IP cameras is proceeded, connection between the camera and the NVR will be lost and Video Loss event will be triggered. This is because ID and Password were not configured before the upgrade. ID and Password in DirectIP 2.0 cameras are required to be set for more enhanced security on the products. You can only able to resume its connection after setting up ID and Password via IDIS Discovery tool. Without setting ID and Password, a session between the camera and either a NVR or IDIS solution suite will be lost and it should be re-established manually after adding ID and Password for the camera.
